Is Quarantine as bad as we think??

As we are all quarantined in our houses, I heard many people complaining about it. I don't know why people are so sad sitting at home. P.S. before I move ahead with this blog, I just want to state that this is my point view, I don't mean to hurt anyone's opinion nor in any way, I'm opposing the point that economy is going to suffer!

Moving ahead, I heard a lot many people bickering about how hard it is for them to stay at home. Let me ask you a question - Is staying with your family, is such a big deal for you? Before the quarantine, many people used to complain that we don't get time, we are busy 24 hours. And now when we have time we're still complaining!

THE FACT IS QUARANTINE IS NOT BAD, WE HAVE MADE IT HARD BECAUSE WE ARE NEVER HAPPY WITH WHAT WE HAVE OR WHAT WE GET! IN SIMPLE WORDS, WE HAVE A HABIT OF STAYING UNHAPPY!!



We, humans, have developed a strong habit of complaining that now we find happiness in it! Before quarantine, we had no time to sleep, so we always had complains. Now we're getting a lot of time to sleep, but still, we're complaining. Before we used to complain that we have no time to work on our body and mind. Now we have enough time to work out, eat healthily, do yoga, meditate but still, we're busy complaining.


Quarantine has given you time to think out of the business, to do something out of the box, to strengthen your relations, to pursue your hobbies, to read, write, sing, dance, listen, anything that you were not able to do before. It is time to revive, reboot, and rediscover yourself. It is time to revitalize and rejuvenate your body and thoughts.

No, doubt it's hard for us to stay at home because we have a habit of going out but quarantine is not as bad as you have made it. Soon, the lock-down will be lifted and again everyone will be back to their daily life. So, till then enjoy this time and stop stressing over 'What will happen!' The stress for the future will destroy your present as well as will affect your mental health. What do you think about quarantined life? And how have you spent your quarantined days? Stay healthy.
